false positive was kinda fixed. also first update for pixel utils out
(repost to add to communities, you can find where you can get em in the pinned comment, but theres a chance the false positive is still there)

fixed the true/false block being a command
(the extensions first hat block is made)

WHY IS IT A COMMAND BLOCK

working on a non-vanilla way of applying effects to sound
